The HBCU Sports Network is HBCU Sports in your hand going with you where ever you go!!!
For over a century Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) have participated in collegiate athletics. Some of the world’s greatest sports legends trace their roots back to black college sports. For much of its existence, this sports community, with a sizable and loyal fan base, has operated with “little to no” media exposure. Black College Football Network (BCFN) was created to bring fans of black college sports and their teams together. Starting this fall 2015, BCFN will broadcast more black college sporting events than any other sports network. By combining state of the art technology with cutting edge programming, HBCU will become “the preeminent voice of Black College Football.” What distinguishes HBCU from others who cover HBCU sports is our broadcast network and programming. Our network which consists of radio (satellite and pod casting) and the internet was developed to make our programming easily accessible to the fans of black college sports. Our programming which consists of game broadcasts, talk shows, feature segments and news updates provide the broad canvas required to paint an accurate picture of this unique sports community. Our mission is to entertain and educate our audience as we pay tribute to the stars of yesteryear and those currently on the rise. HBCU Sports radio Network:” Promote.Prepare.Preserve”.
